Only the Miracle pine tree has remained against the Tsunami in Takatamatsubara, where to be said approximately 70,000 of pine trees were.

Currently, it is preserved and managed as a symbol of reconstruction.

If you come by car, please park at the Iwate Tsunami Memorial　or Michinoeki(road satation) Takatamatubara parking lots.
