A reconstruction park built on the site of the former Shimanokoshi Station that was washed away by the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Kenji Miyazawa's poetry that endured the tsunami remains as it was at the time of the disaster and conveys the threat of the tsunami. 5 minutes on foot from Sanriku Railway Shimakoshi Station.
