Please look for it from the parking lot next to Kominato Lighthouse.

It is at the mouth of Nijuichi river, a small river at the prefectural border. There is also on land. Aomori Prefecture is on the left and Iwate Prefecture is on the right. It is also good to spread your legs a little and cross the prefectural border.
