A 48.5m-high Kannon statue standing on a hill overlooking the sea of Kamaishi and the city.
It was built in prayer for the peace of both the astral world and this world by the application of Meihozan Sekiouzenji Temple. Please drop in to pray for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.
