Sanriku Railway Earthquake learning train

Something is visible only now. There is something I can learn just now.

The Great East Japan Earthquake highlighted a variety of issues, including energy, life-saving activities, evacuation shelters, debris disposal, temporary housing, public housing for disasters, town planning, industrial revitalization, education, and population decline. How was the situation resolved in the affected areas of Sanriku?
Sanriku Railway is preparing this program with the hope that it will be useful for local disaster prevention and mitigation by passing on the lessons of the disaster.
